International trade policy; Renewable resource management; Venture capital finance and the entrepreneurial sector; The role of renewable resource management in economic growth and decline.

My fields of interest are Political Economy and Industrial Organization.

My research fields are economic theory, behavioral economics, and experimental economics. My most recent work is on present biased temporal preferences.

Senior Instructor

I teach a wide variety of courses including cost-benefit, environmental economics, and microeconomics at both the introductory and intermediate levels. I obtained my Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia.

I am a reliable, confident, and outgoing team-player capable of building solid relationships, maintaining effective communications, and learning adaptively.
