Vancouver School of Economics Undergraduate Society
The Vancouver School of Economics Undergraduate Society (VSEUS) represents all undergraduate students studying economics programs at UBC’s Vancouver campus. VSEUS prioritizes member care and development by assisting in each member’s academic, extracurricular, and personal growth. To achieve these goals, members organize numerous events each year, such as dinner with professors, Talkonomics, bar social, grad school information session, career night, year-end dinner, and 101/102 review sessions.
The UBC ECON Club seeks to bring together aspiring fellow students with a collective passion for economics and related global affairs. ECON Club is intended for students interested in economics but not necessarily majoring in it.
Environmental Policy Association
Members at the Environmental Policy Association (EPA) at UBC dedicate time and work to analyzing political and economical solutions to climate change.
UBC Women in Economics and Policy (WEP)
UBC Women in Economics and Policy (WEP) creates a space for female-identifying and non-binary economics students to engage with their peers, faculty members and industry professionals. We aim to provide representation and mentorship for younger students and build a community of women interested in economics and policy at UBC.
