I am an economist at the Bank of Italy’s Directorate General for Economics, Statistics and Research. Previously, I was part of the inequality team at the OECD’s Centre on Well-Being, Inclusion, Sustainability and Equal Opportunity. My work primarily involves empirical research on how policies affect wages, employment, and labour geographical mobility.
