Miguel Molico

Adjunct Professor

Miguel Molico is a visiting faculty member at the Vancouver School of Economics and has been working as Research Director of the Financial Stability Department (FSD) at the Bank of Canada since February 2014. His research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Monetary Economics, the Journal of Economic Theory, the International Economic Review and the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking.

Miguel has previously held academic positions at the Penn State University and the University of Western Ontario. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. 

Research Interests: Labor Economics; Applied Econometrics; Corporate Finance; Personnel Economics; Education Economics; Macroeconomics.
